Insurance matters – Good to know. Whether you have general or supplementary insurance, you are in good hands with us. We obtain all necessary cost approvals directly from your insurer.
If there is no guarantee that an insurer will cover extra charges relating to supplementary insurance benefits or for patients residing abroad, a corresponding, individually agreed advance payment must be made. Depending on the clinic’s occupancy rate, it is possible to upgrade to a higher insurance class at your own expense.
