Visitors

Visits to Klinik Meissenberg must be registered with the professional care team the day before. Visitors must not have any Covid symptoms and must report to reception upon entering the clinic building. They will then receive a badge identifying them as a registered visitor and will be welcomed by the patient.

The number of visitors within the building is limited; a maximum of 2 patients per department may receive 2 visitors at the same time for a maximum of 1.5 hours. Visitors should be received outside the clinic buildings whenever possible. If not otherwise possible, then in the cafeteria, on the terrace, in the play area or at reception.

Visiting hours within the buildings: mornings 10:00 am – 11:30 am, afternoons 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm including weekends. Please always follow the instructions of our staff.

There is currently no possibility for patients to eat together with relatives and visits to the department are also not possible.

Disabled toilets are located on the ground floor of the main building. Younger visitors are also welcome here: In addition to a changing table on the ground floor of the main building (in the disabled toilet), toys are available in the play corner. We have a small number of visitor car parking spaces in front of our clinic.
